I recently heard some BB clank while riding my 7800 Dura-Ace Bicycle so I figured it's time to try Ceramic Bearings. Wow, expensive for the weight you save. Hey, but those RED pulleys and retainer caps say, I'm a fast and smooth ride. Just hope they last Two years like the original ones did. Did I mention how easy they were to install because all the parts and instructions were there ?
