The estimated shipping time is long on these, 7 to 10 weeks was mine - I guess because they ship from China (booooo). I got mine in a little over two weeks which was pretty cool, but I guess it could have gone the other way too.The end caps themselves look cool on my bike, and I am happy with them. The install was kind of weird...I don't know if my handlebars are off, or these end caps are a little off. either way, they went on and seem like they will hold just fine, it just took a few minutes to figure out. Most end caps I have dealt with insert into the bar, tighten up, and its that simple. these required me to figure out just the right tension on the nut before inserting into the end of the bar, torque the hell out of the tension bolt, and eventually tightened up to where I think (and hope) they will hold. 5 stars if they went on easier (ie were made somewhere other than China). |
